Justin Wilhelm (CUC ‘06) is a serial entrepreneur and consultant who specializes in rapid growth for promising small businesses. Justin is the owner of JW Innovative Coaching and a Fractional CEO for small businesses.

He knows the owner’s seat from the inside. He built a company, went from employee to partner, and exited it debt-free at 40. Today he helps other owners cut the chaos, build the foundations their business is missing, and get their time back. Justin’s work centers on the fundamentals every owner needs, no matter the size of the business: clarity on where the company is going, the right people in the right seats, simple processes that don’t live in the owner’s head, and a healthy approach to focus and delegation.
